Fela was upstairs finishing of his morning routine when i arrived for shift, Flea has then finished his routine and come downstairs smiled and went into the front room. Fela has then informed ZH what he would like for breakfast, Fela has then pointed to the chair and asked me to sit down. Once breakfast was done we have all said pray and then Fela has had his supplements asking me to take them out the pot for him. Fela has then eaten breakfast and once finished brought out his glass and table mat. Fela has then made drinks for myself and staff. Fela has taken his in to the front room and asked for music on and also asked me to sit down on the sofa with him. Cc Has arrived for shift and had hand over the board was done and staff have done chores, Fela was asked if he would like to clean his rocking chair but Fela has refused. Fela has then had snack before we got ready to for our walk, Fela has done really well on teh walk once finished we have all gone back to the car and CC has drove to the butchers to purchase the meat for the week. Once back at home I have finished of lunch and then we have all sat down and said pray before lunch. Once lunch was over Fela has got changed into some dry fresh clothes as when we were out Fela also changed due to being all hot and sweaty. CC has sorted out the chicken for dinner for staff as they are all going the pictures this afternoon. CC has done hand over with EB before leaving. Fela bag is half packed ready for later. EB has done the board with Fela and he has chose to lay down on the sofa for a sort period. When i went into Fela i have noticed that Fela has been scratching his keliods on the left side and made them bleed. I have cleaned them up for Fela and put on a dressing. Fela has cleaned his hands and is still sitting on the sofa listening to relaxing music. EB is getting things ready for pictures. Fela is having snack. While out in the car Fela and myself have been doing some handle excises Fish face. Up on finishing me report Fela is getting ready to go to the pictures.
