I arrived for my shift and fela was sitting on sofa listening to music insaid hello to fela then had handover from teresa.
I then started doing the shopping listvwhile alicia cleanedvand creamed fela keliods then board was done.
Atv10.30am fela had his snack shortly after fela got his shoes on and then used the toilet, we left fela and headed to Astbury mere and gave very nice pleasant walk around, the we got the picnic basket out the carvand found bench to sit on thatbwould havenlot people traffic and ate out lunch, fela was full of smiles and seem to really enjoy this.
When fela had finished he headed to car and for home, alicia naked fela if he was ready for home and fela signed for drive so we went longer way round to get home and fela was fullmon smiles, laughing and clapping hsppily throughout. We returned homevat 13.45 fela removed his out doorware and used the toilet once finished in bathroom fela went and sain in his rocking chair.
At 14.25 I cleaned and creamed fela keliods i also applied almond oil to fela finger tips and did fela board with him. Fela then did some writing and was rewarded with a sticker.
I yhen went up and brought down facial trimming kit and asked fela if he’d like one and fela gave thumps up, I gsve fela a facial grim and afterwrds alicia cleaned and creamed his keliods. At 16.30pm had handover with adele, fela relaxed listening to music while staff cooked dinner. Fela then had his supplement, at 17.45 adele cleaned and creamed fela keliods and did his board fela the used toilet atb17.55 sat there for 1/2 hour had bowel movement, at 18.35 we said down for tea fela said prayer wellnand ate neatvand tidy, after fela had finished pudding he dried the dinner dishes up. At 19.15 fela sat in his rocking chair listened to music and had board updated at 19.35 we all did walknat home and fela did amazing
Fela then started watching happy feet 2 I cleaned and creamed fela keliods felavthen had his snack.
At 20.34 fela asked for dvd to be paused and used the toilet fela then came back in to lounge at 20.40 and continued to watch dvd, fela and staff watched the rest of happy feet fela got into 21.39nafter I had done body map due to him wanting to finish watching happy feet.
Once in Bath fela washed hair and body then adked for 5 i went checked on fela and he had fallen a sleep and I made him jump then asked for 5, I gsve fela 5 then went in again and fela was asleep and I made him jump waking him so at 22.10pm I asked fela if should take plug out fela gave thumps up so did 3 2 1 counted down and pulled plug which ment fela had half an hour bath instead of 45min but he was very sleepy fela used the toilet then went upstairs, had creams applied got pj’s on and then cleaned his teeth. Then used the toilet.
Fela eas in bed for 22.30 said prayer i left fela music on low and spot light on in bath room. Said good night
