On arriving fela was still up stairs, he cane down and had breakfast and supplements, he then listened to music and zoe did the board, fela had snack and then we got out to go pick some things up and get petrol, we returned home and had lunch, fela then had a movie and the board was done, we got ready to go the gym and fela did well once there, we returned home and fela had snack and played cards with zoe, he is now watching a movie
