Shift Report:
On arriving fela was in the bath, he completed his routine really well and used the toilet after the bath and before getting into bed, we said prayer and I left his music on, i didn’t hear fela all night m, he woke at 6:30 and used the toilet. I went up to him and he had been incontinent, I stripped the bed and changed fela, I took his tea and fruit up and then he did his routine, came downstairs and had breakfast and supplements and is now listening to music
