I arrived for my shift and fela was still at mama and micheals. Myself and zoe got into fela car and headed up to mama and micheals. On our arrival fela was listening to drifts he had already got his shoes on. We then got ready to head for home. We returned home at 9.20am fela removed outdoor ware then went sat in hisxrocking chair. Zoe did the board with fela and he choose to watch happy feet 2. Fela then had cup of tea at 9.40am. Fela was begin very vocal so I asked him if he needed the toielt I paused fela dvd and he used the toilet then returned to watch film. Once film had finsihed fela listened to music
Just before lunch fela went sat on the toielt he past urine then at 1 10pm we all sat down for lunch fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. Fela had been vocal through the moring.
After lunch fela went sst in his rocking chair and listened to music. We did the social story with fela for Chris coming, zoe then read Jack and the beanstalk to fela and then went through social story again. At 2.55 I applied vaseline to fela keliods At his request .
At 3.20pm Chris arrived for his meet and greet fela did very well abd we all sat in living and then fela asked for 5 so went in to the staff room to give fela 5. Chris left
Zoe then gave fela a facial trim, after this fela relaxed listening to music.
At 6pm we sat down for dinner fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. Once fela had finsihed his evening he had pudding. Fela then went sat in his rocking chair and listned to music.
At 6 50 we got ready to go on a neighbourhood walk. Fela got his shoes on and we left to go for a walk. While on the walk fela became agaited vocal,stamping feet, rocking side to side on lamppost making it sway at the top, we think this could of been becuase we asked fela not to go into the garden becuase of the flowers, but fela did very well at not touching cars wings mirror.
On retuing home fela was still agaited he was standing on drive way jumping up and down sweating. On entering the house fela was sweating. Fela then went to vocal and listned to music.
At 8pm fela went sat at table had his snack fela then returned to his rocking chair.
At 8.30pm fela went in to his bathroom and he got into the bath I supported fela with personal hygiene.
