fela was finishing his supplements when I arrived. he then listened to msuic and shortly after we got ready to go to tunstall park for a walk. Fela had his snack and refused to walk around he repeatedly said ‘no’
we returned home and prepared lunch. please arousal
when fela calmed a bit he requested a dvd and watched the lion king.
We then had dinner and fela ate well and was much calmer after.
Fela listened to some calming music and then spoke to carla on the phone. he then got ready for his bath and is now splashing away in the bath

during lunch fela seemed to be trying to stop himself from getting agitated, he was jerking his head and seemed to be trying to calm himself.
Then after lunch Fela became every agitated, we was rocking aggressively, stamping his feet and was thrusting his head forward.this has lasted on and off through the afternoon.
