I have arrived for shift and had hand over .
Fela has then woken just after 9:00 I have taken Fela supplements up and then his cup of tea and fruit , while I was in the room Fela was frowning and glaring at me so I have left the bedroom .
Claire has gone upto Fela and he has finished his drink and fruit.
Fela has then used the toilet and got ready to have a shower, Fela is vocal this morning.
Fela has then done morning routine well, came downstairs for breakfast which he seemed to enjoyed. Once breakfast and all supplements had finished, Claire has done the board and Fela seemed ok with this.
We have all had a nice warm drink before getting ready to go out for a drive and walk. While getting ready Fela did not look to impressed but did get ready. Once in the car we headed off Fela was quite and looking through the window, once at Ladderridge we walked for 20 mins and then headed back to the car Fela was vocal while walking.
Once in the car again we had a drive Fela was vocal but did enjoy his fruit.
Once back at home and we all had taken of our outerwear, Fela has listened to some music while lunch was being finished off. When lunch was ready Fela has sat at the table with his apron on and said pray well.once lunch had finished Fela then went and sat in his rocking chair.Fela has then done some cards with Claire why I made warm drinks.
Once finished the cards were done we have all sat and watched a DVD Frozen, Fela was laughing at parts of the film. Half why through Fela has used the toilet before returning to watch the end of the film with staff.
Fela has become very vocal while listening to music, and requested staff not to sit with him, Fela was also requesting crisp, nuts, chicken.
Fela has had supplements before getting ready to have dinner.
Fela has used the toilet before dinner and then sat at the table after putting on his apron, pray was said well and Fela seemed to enjoy his dinner and pudding.
When it was finished Fela sat at the table on his own and did not want to take of his apron but again became very vocal and requested to be on his own.
I have gone into Fela and Fela has chose what he wanted to do this evening, Fela chose music , walk at home with nick.
When Fela has finished listening to music I have gone in and asked if he was ready for walk at home, Fela has got up and done about 10 mins before asking to sit down.
Fela then chose 102 Dalmatian to watch and let staff join him.

20:30 Fela has gone into the bathroom and used the toilet.
