I arrived for my shift fela was in bed and just woke up, adele was upstairs with fela.
Had handover from emma. Adele then went up to fela.
I went up to say morning to fela and he had finished his apple. I prompted fela to drink his tea I sat with fela while he had this. Fel then went in to his bathroom and past urine then at 10am fela got in to shower, I supported fela with personal care and then told fela be back in 10 with words and had signs
I went up to fela nad he got out of the shower. Fela completed his routine very but was vocal all the way through. Fela was downstairs and eating breakfast for approximately 10.30am we said prayer then fela ate neat and tidy. Once fela had finished he had his supplements. I did the board with fela. Fela then went sat in his rocking chair listened to music and had cup tea while his brekafast settled..
Shortly after fela got his shoes on and then used toilet and past urine we left to go for walk we went to ladderridge country park and had very brisk walk around we walked for about 20min. Fela did amazing.
We then headed for car fela had some fruit. We then went longer way home. On returning home fela took of his outdoor ware then went in to the bathroom. Used the toilet that got changed. After fela went sat in his rocking chair listend to music while finished lunch.
At 14.00 we sat down for lunch fela said prayer then ate very neat and tidy. Once fela had finished he went sat in his rocking chair listened to music.
I did the board with fela then myself and fela wrote his Christmas card. I asked fela if he wanted to have lay down. At 15.25 fela had snack then we went sat with fela while he watched dvd.
We all watched frozen. Fela got up used the toilet then sat back down and we carried on watching dvd. I clenaed and creamed fela keliods.
When the dvd finsihed fela choose to listen to louie Armstrong.
We then sat down for dinner fela said prayer and ate well. Fela then had pudding and drank his water. Once fela had finished he sat at the table and became very vocal.
After dinner fela went and sat in his rocking chair adele did board with fela and he put on music walk at home snack. We gave fela some time to let his dinner settle.
Fela myself and adele then did walk at home. Fela did 10 mins of 15 min video. Fela then asked for a dvd. We sat and watched 102 dalmatian. Fela had his snack
Just after 20.30 pm fela went in to bathroom used toilet got undressed fela got in to bath at 20.40 adele supported fela with his personal care.
On wrting this report fela is happily splashing in bath
