I arrived for my shift and fela was in bed, we had handover from Teresa then I heard fela lightly humming shortly after handover
I went up to fela and he had his morning refreshments then fela used the toilet and got in the shower. I then supported fela with his morning routine. He completed this well but was vocal and sweating throughout. Fela was down stairs and eating brekafast for 10.30 am fela said prayer well and loud and clear. Zoe then did the board with fela and he listend to music.
Fela relaxed listening to music and then we got ready to go for a walk, fela put his shoes on then went to the toilet, fela became vocal and it was like fela was stuck becuase he hadnt past urine but went to sit down then stood back up and walk backwards and forwards to the toilet . Fela then sat down on the toilet and had bowel movements and sat on the toilet for a while was agaited while in toilet
Fela then put outdoor ware on to go for a walk. As fela opened the door the post man posted a letter and this seemed to shake/shock fela a little bit and he closed the door back up and he appeared to get stuck again at the door ad if he was processing what he needed to do but very slowly. Fela then opened the door about 5 to 10 mintues later and happily got in to the car
We then headed to chatterly whitfield, fela was vocal on the way but once we arrived and got out the car and started the walk fela became quite. Fela a did amazing in the walk and we walked for 40mins and then we returned to the car. On the way home we called into the co OP so zoe could get gas and electric myself and fela remained in the car, we then went to the butchers and fela and zoe stayed in the car while I went in.
On returning home zoe went in and prepared fela lunch. We meet emma there and she supported fela to change his clothing as he had been sweating, while I did the petty cash receipts. Zoe and fela then sat down for lunch. I said good bye to all 3 of them .
On my leaving fela was eating his lunch
