I arrived for my shift and fela was sitting in his rocking chair. We had handover from alicia.
I then did the board with fela and he appeared happy with today activities.
We then did some chores while fela relaxed. Fela then got his shoes on and used the toilet and past urine. Fela got his outdoor ware and we left to go to biddulph Grange park and we walked for about 50min
We then returned to car and headed for home. On returning home fela took his shoes and went in to the bathroom fela sat down and had normal bowel movement. Fela then went to sit at the table drank cup tea. Then we all sat down for lunch. Fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy
After lunch fela asked to lay down explained to fela that someone was coming to look at his sofa so he couldn’t lie down. Fela wenrcand sat in his rocking chair.
Teresa arrived for her shift and we had hand over. I did the board with fela and he appeared happy with today activities.
Myself fela and Teresa all sat at the table and fela did some amazing wrting. Fela requested to sleep again. I explained to him when the gentleman had gone he could. Myself and fela then sat at the computer and we looked for pictures of penguin. Fela picked which ones he would like he did amazing. Fela then requested to lay down. So we got the room sleep ready and fela lay on sofa. I gave fela head massage and he was falling asleep.
At 14.39 fela was asleep fela woke about 16.20pm
Fela then got up and went and sat at the table and had his snack. I then did the board with fela. Myself and fela did hug nad tug handle and fish faces then we did makaton for things I like to do
Fela then went to sit in his rocking chair and picked to watch call of the wild. While fela watch his dvd we did foot physi. Fela relaxed in his rocking chair . I cleaned and creamed fela keliods
At 18.05 fela went into bathroom had bowel movement once fela had finished in bathroom we sat down for dinner fela said prayer well and ate neat and tidy.
After dinner fela help to dry and put dishes away, fela went sat in his rocking chair nad finsihed watching dvd and let his dinner settle. I did board with fela
We then got our shoes on fela used the toilet and past urine we then went for neighbour’s walk. We walked for about 45mins.
We then returned home on returning home fela took of all his outdoor ware and went sat at table for his snack. Fela had his snack then he went sat in his rocking chair and listend to relaxing music.
At 20.45 fela got into the bath I supported fela with personal care
