Fela was just finishing off brushing his teeth when I arrived on shift.
He then came down and had his breakfast and supplements (please see arousal)
Fela then moved to his rocker and had a cup of tea and I cleaned his keloids. Shortly after he had his snack and then watched a church service on you tube. Fela seemed the really enjoy this and asked staff to go.
Fela had his lunch supplement and then got ready and we headed to Michael and Carla’s.
We had lunch a desert. Fela then moved to the arm chair and had a cup of tea and looked sleepy. He was scratching his keloid a lot and caused it to bleed so I cleaned it and then Carla put a bandage on it once the aloe vera had dried in. Fela moved upstairs, used the toilet and then sat on the red sofa. Fela started to become agitated (please see arousal)
I then went back to the house to drop Angelia back and when I arrived back at Michael and Carlas – Fela was asleep/ Carla woke him up at 5.
Fela requested an extra 5 and lay on the sofa listening to music. Carla then brought fela up a cup of tea and he had a glass of water and his supplements. I cleaned felas keloids.
fela then used the toilet before moving down to the table for dinner. Fela seemed unhappy vocal at the start of dinner and seemed to be getting frustrated with the spaghetti falling off his fork dinner. Fela then moved to the sofa and requested music. Carla and Fela danced for 45/50minutes ( with Fela taking a couple of minutes break here and there) but he did work up a good sweat.
Fela then had his tea and his snack before getting ready to return home.
We headed home and fela got ready for his bath. Fela got into the bath, washed his hair and body and then relaxed and started to fall asleep.
Fela got out of the bath and done his night routine well.
Fela brushed his teeth and used the toilet before getting into bed. We said prayer and I have left Fela with his music playing

This morning when he started taking his supplements he started to become agitated but this only lasted briefly.
Again when Fela was upstairs with Carla I could hear his becoming agitated. He did had a nap and after this he seemed happier.
When not agitated he has been vocal happy a lot through the day too Did he have a bowel movement? No Bristol score: Was Fela incontinent?: No Did he have vigorous exercise?: Yes – dancing with Carla
