Fela finished his bath and was looking very tired, he done his night routine very well and was in bed just after 10 pm. looking at the camera Fela appears to have been asleep by 10.15pm. Fela was then awake from 1am until 3.30am . Then he went back to sleep and Woke at 6.20 and used the toilet and got back into bed. Fela does not appear to have gone back to sleep. Fela had his waking supplements at approx 7.40 followed by a cup of tea and a plum and then lay down and requested 5. I went back in shortly after as I could hear fela humming and he requested for me to turn the lights off and go back out. I left fela and went back in When I could hear fela humming and he got up and used the toilet, requesting 5 – fela had a large bowel movement. Fela then got into the shower. Fela is now out of the shower and getting ready.
