Fela was in bed by 22:30. I checked on him at different times throughout the night and early morning, and there was no sound coming from his room. At 6:30 he was still sleeping. I went up to rouse him at 7:30.
Fela was sluggish and fidgety throughout the morning and did not complete his routine and come down for breakfast until 9:15. Michael reported that he was so busy fidgeting with objects on the table that he didn’t start eating until 9:25. This may have been what triggered Fela’s agitation as perhaps he was overly hungry then rushed his food which made him feel out of sorts[see arousal report]. Also, I suspect from how sluggish he was this morning that his sleep was disturbed even though we did not hear him. By the time Fela calmed down enough to take his supplements and put his shoes on, it was near 10:30 when they departed. Thankfully, we got some smiles from him before he left.
