I arrived for shift and Fela was finishing his breakfast, I have said hello and then made drinks for everyone.
Fela has finished breakfast and supplements, Fela has then gone and sat in his rocking chair listening to music.
Staff have done some chores.
I have done the board with Fela and he gave me the thumbs up.
Fela has had snack and a drink at 10:30.
Staff have sorted lunch out for when we get back in.
Once snack had finished Fela has put his shoes on and used the toilet before getting into the car.
While driving to Rugard lake Fela was looking through the window.
When at ru lake the car park was full so we explained to Fela and then drove home.
Once at home we walked around the neighbourhood and up Harrison road .
On return home Fela has used the toilet and changed his top and vest as he was wet from sweating.
Fela has then sat at the table and said pray before eating dinner. When dinner was finished Fela has asked for bowl and custard. Chloe has explained that he would have something nice after dinner .
Fela has wiped the table, and is now sitting in his rocking chair listening to music.
Emma has arrived and had hand over . Emma has said hello to Fela .

At 14:30 I have gone in to put Joseph and the tech coloured dream coat, Fela has been laughing and insisting that I put on little women so I did.
Fela has pointed to the door and said go today for most the day.
Fela has been signing but myself and Emma were in sure so I asked Fela to show me and he went into the kitchen and the fridge but got nothing out , when I said we had no yogurt Fela shut the door and went back into the front room. Fela has then come into the kitchen again and gone in the snack cupboard looking for something but did not see anything so Fela went back into the front room sat back in his rocking chair watching his film .
Staff have again been doing some chores.
15:30 Fela has had snack and his film had finished so I have put Joseph on now and he is watching that smiling.
15:55 Fela has asked me to pause the film and he has gone into the bathroom using the toilet.
Fela has finished on the toilet at 16:24 had bowel movement.
Fela has washed his hands and has know gone back into the front room to finish watching his film.
Fela is still watching his film at time off report .
