On arrival Fela was finishing his breakfast we had handover from claire. Fela was vocal unhappy during breakfast time standing up picking up objects and putting them back. I did the board with Fela and once he had sat down he chose a DVD to watch – he chose to watch ‘A call to the wild’. He remained vocal unhappy while in his rocking chair. Fela then had his snack while sitting in his rocking chair watching the film. At 12.05 Fela used the toilet and had his b/o he was vocal on the toilet and has been asking for pasta alot. Myself and Zoe have explained to Fela that pasta is later for dinner. We then sat down for lunch and said prayer together. Once finished I asked Fela if he would like to lye down or sit in his chair, he pointed to the sofa where he went to lay down. I got the room sleep ready and covered Fela with a blanket. On leaving he is resting on the sofa.
