Fela relaxed listening to music on YouTube this morning, the board was done and Fela appeared happy, Fela had his morning snack and then I asked Fela if he would like to go to the gym and go in sauna, Fela was happy with this, I did the board and we then got ready to go out, Fela did very well at the gym, he was in there for a whole hour and worked very hard, especially on the cross trainer, after Fela enjoyed a nice sauna and then he decided he wanted to go into the steam room, after we returned home and Fela had his lunch, it was later than usual, due to the length of the time Fela was at the gym but Fela was fine with this, after Fela relaxed and Mama put a burning fire video on YouTube, Fela was happy with this and we all relaxed, Fela then did some colouring with Mama and he did very well, after he played cards with me, we had our evening meal and Fela was very happy, he took out his plate and bowl afterwards, Fela then relaxed in his rocking chair, Fela declined the Mac club this evening, Fela watched the greatest showman and relaxed, he did look very tired and was falling asleep at one point, Fela had his evening drink and then his snack, before getting into the bath Fela had a bowel movement, I prompted Fela to wash his hair and then his body, Fela then relaxed.
