please see arousal. once fela was finished his breakfast I done the board with him and soon after we headed out to go shopping.
Fela choose to stay in the car while I ran into aldi and freshways.
we returned home and fela choose a movie so Michael put on ‘Annie’.
we then had lunch (please see arousal)
after lunch fela finished watching his movie. Fela then went to the toilet and remained there for over an hour and had a loose but large bowel movement . when he came out he had his snack and then got ready for flip out. we went to pick carla up from her house ( please see arousal) and then headed to flip out. Fela went tot he toilet with carla while I payed.
Fela jumper for approx 45 minutes and after he went to the bathroom and got changed (please see arousal)
Carla asked fela if he would like to have dinner in the restaurant or the car and fela signed for the car. we had dinner in the car and then headed home.
when we returned home fela requested music (Lynal Richie) on you tube. shortly after, fela had his snack. while Carla was making felas snack she said he could have camimile tea instead of hot chocolate, straight away fela appeared in the kitchen and took Carla’s hand and lead her to the tea cupboard and got the hot chocolate out and a cup (he must have heard her and wanted hot chocolate ).
fela had his snack and continued listening to music.
Fela then got ready for his bath and while sitting on the toilet he tried really hard to sound something out over and over again so Carla and i could under stand, eventually we worked out he was asking for honey. Carla explained that fela could have honey in the morning. Really good sounding out by fela.
Fela then got into the bath and is currently splashing away in the bath
Arousal States – Start: 4 – Agitated End: 2b – Vocal unhappy Did his state change? Yes to 4 – Agitated -Fela was having his breakfast and agitated when I arrive don shift. He was jerking his head a lot , very vocal and rocking. once finished fela moved to his rocker and this continued on and off.
-When Fela was having lunch he was doing one of this ocds over and over again and then once he done it the wrong way around and instantly became agitated, again rocking, jerking his head alot and was very vocal
-when we arrived at Carla and Michael's fela was very vocal and was jerking briefly but soon calmed
– fela was very vocal during flip out and seemed slightly agitated and vocal while getting changed on the bathroom after Did he have a bowel movement? Yes Bristol score: 5 Soft blobs clearly defined edges Was Fela incontinent?: No Did he have vigorous exercise?: Yes – 45 minutes at flip out
