Arrived on shift and had handover from Carla. Fela was at the table avin his snack he became adjatated . Hitting the table . Lasted a few minutes he then went sit in his rocking chair watching the fish on tv .
I started preparing tea . Claire arrive and she did the board with fela and appeared happy with it then removed walk at home
Fela sat in his rocking chair and listened to relaxing ocean sounds. fela then did some writing and fela wrote out the prayer
Fela has been very up and down getting agaited then relaxing then getting agaited again . Stamping feet on floor, jumping up and down in his rocking chair this has been on and off throughout the evening.
At 8pm fela went sat at the table for his snack, he had his supplements and then had his snack fela was vocal unhappy to agaited slapping the table rocking backwards and forwards very vocal, we left fela to calm . Fela calmed and then finished his snack.
Shortly after his snack fela got into bath claire supported fela with his personally hygiene. Once fela was in bath he was full of smiles.
