Fela was sitting on the sofa on my arrival, I said hello to Fela and then had handover from Zoe Lou and Angelia.
At approximately 4pm Fela had his snack and was calm, Mama charged Fela’s top and then I supported Fela to change his trousers, this was in the bathroom, after Fela was full of smiles, Mama said Michael left and Fela sat in his rocking chair and chose to watch Little Women.
At 5.30pm Fela had his evening supplements and then at 6pm we had our evening meal, Fela said prayer and ate well, he really did enjoy Angelia’s fish curry.
After Fela sat in his rocking chair and continued to watch his film, at 7.32 I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied cream, I also checked Fela’s mouth and I saw that Fela as grazed his upper and bottom lip, in the left hand corner.
Fela had his evening drink and snack at 8pm, after he enjoyed a phone call off Mama.
At approximately 9pm Fela got into his bath and had a long soak.
