Fela enjoyed his facial scrub in the bath, and was out by 22:15. He did his evening routine well and was in bed and lights out by 22:35. I did not offer him the duvet because it was very hot upstairs. I covered him with the duvet cover and a light blanket in such away that he could kick off the blanket if it got too hot. I left the fan on low and in a discrete position so it was ventilating the room but not directly on Fela. I applied Tiger balm to the front and back of his neck and behind his ears.
I didn’t hear anything from him until 2:40 so I went up to him and prompted him to the loo [see Arousal state]. Fela soon settled again after I applied Olbas oil (I had it close at hand so just used that rather than looking for Tiger balm).
I went in to wake him at 8:00 with his refreshments and supplements. He had the supplements first. I did the board with Fela whilst he was drinking his tea. I went through the social story of Daniel joining the team. There was no visible reaction so he may have still been waking up. Fela entered the shower at 8:45 after a bowel movement. He was down for breakfast at 9:25. After breakfast, Claire did the social story with him again before he left with her and Rex for the day’s adventures.

Yes to 2a – Vocal when I heard Fela at 2:40 I prompted him to the loo; he remained vocal even after returning to bed – it sounded as if he was calling to me. I was nasal from hayfever, and figured he was too so I went up and applied Olbas oil to the back and front of his neck and behind his ears. He calmed immediately, and I didn't hear from him for the rest of the morning until he woke at 8:00. Did he have a bowel movement?
