Fela was relaxing on the sofa on my arrival, I said hello and then had handover.
Myself and Emma put the grocery shopping away and at 17.15 I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied cream.
At 17.30 Fela had his evening supplements, he needed alot of prompting to take these but was full of smiles, at 6pm we had our evening meal, Fela ate well and really did enjoy his peanut butter brownie, that he had for desert.
After Fela clearly asked for his dvd to to be put on, he then took his apron out to the kitchen and then sat on his rocking chair. Fela chose to watch Incredibles 2.
While Fela was watching his movie I cleaned his keloids and applied cream, after I was tidying the drawer out and Fela clearly signed for a shave and said shav, I called Emma and asked Fela to tell Emma what he had just said to me, Fela said shav and then said no and finished, we praised Fela for this and he was full of smiles.
At 8pm Fela had his evening snack, followed by a phone call off Mama, at the end of his phone call Fela appeared tired.
Fela is now splashing away in his bath.
Fela as been vocal on and off throughout the shift, one minute very happy vocal and the next unhappy vocal, Fela as also requested alot of alone time, with a clear hand raised and saying No, Fela also told us to Go.
