13/08/2020 – Evening shift – zoe holmes

Shift Report:

Fela was relaxing on my arrival, I had handover and then did the board with Fela.

I cleaned Fela’s keloids and he was happy and content, I then prepared the evening meal, I asked Fela if he wanted to help but he declined.

I applied almond oil to Fela’s nails due to Fela rubbing them, he enjoyed this, I could feel that they were very dry so I think this helped.

Fela said prayer and ate well, after Fela finished he wiped the dining room table clean and then took his apron out to the kitchen.

Fela then relaxed listening to music while staff did some chores, I have asked Fela on three occasions, if he would like a facial trim but he declined each time.

At 7.30pm I asked Fela if he would like to do walk at home, Fela declined but I still put it on and asked if he would like to watch me do it, Fela stood up and joined in, Fela did around 10min but was clearly very tired.

At 8pm Fela had his evening snack and then sat listening to music.

Just before 9pm I prompted Fela into the bath, Fela is now happily splashing and laughing in the bath.

Fela as had a lovely content evening.
