I came on shift just before 9am, I had handover with Emma whilst Fela relaxed in the lounge listening to music, I then did the board with Fela.
At 9.40am Fela requested his keloids to be cleaned, so I did this, once finished Fela continued to relax listening to music whilst we cracked on with chores.
At 10.40am Fela watched Breathe Church on YouTube, I sat with Fela for a while watching and Fela also had his snack and drink, After Church had finished I put Songs of praise on for him, he watched most of it but then said Finish and went to use the toilet.
At 11.45am, Chloe did the board with Fela, whilst I played cards with him and listened to music (songs of praise).
At midday Fela requested a head massage so I did this and used the ball over his head also.
Fela then used the toilet and once finished he popped is shoes on. Fela then used the toilet again and once finished we made our way up to Mama and Michaels for lunch.
We had a lovely lunch at Mama and Michaels, Fela appeared happy and content and has been smiling throughout. After lunch Fela sat on his chair and appeared tired so after cup of tea he made his way upstairs and relaxed on the red sofa. Fela had a haircut whilst at Mama house and spoke to Nana Hazel.
Once we returned home Fela took his shoes off and jacket and made his way into the lounge, Fela chose a DVD to watch (little women)
Fela then had his supplements and after a while had his dinner, Fela said prayer well and ate neat and tidy.
Fela continued to watch the DVD after dinner and relaxed.
At 19.05opm Fela used the toilet and the popped his shoes on and we headed for a neighbourhood walk, Fela appeared to enjoy this and showed us the way to go.
We arrived back home at 19.40pm, Fela took his shoes and jacket off and made his way to the toilet (B/M large)
Once Fela had finished on the toilet at 20.30pm Fela sat at the table and had his snack and tea and supplement.
Fela then made his way to the bathroom, clothes off and got into the bath, I assisted him with personal care and he is now happily splashing away in the bath.
Fela has had a lovely day and has appeared happy and content. Fela has even given us some cheeky smiles.
