Fela was relaxing on my arrival, I said hello and then had handover, Claire did the board and Fela was happy, I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied aloe gel, he had his morning snack and then we got ready to go out, we went to home bargains in Tunstall but unfortunately they didn’t have any witch Hazel, we then made our way to poundland, on the way myself and Fela had two games of cards, Fela kept pulling my hands and throughout the day Fela as been directing staff and even strangers, who got out of their car while parked up to go in the butcher’s, he continued to direct until the person was out of his view, he seemed very unsettled and as even been touching staff sat in the front of the car, Fela declined to come into the butcher’s with me, after I went into the Co op to get gas and electricity and then we made our way home, Fela ate his lunch well, he then sat relaxing listening to hymns on YouTube, later Fela chose to watch the perfect man, I cleaned Fela’s keloids again and applied aloe gel, due to Fela scratching alot, I asked Fela if he would like to help me with some hoovering but he declined, Fela had his afternoon snack and continued to relax, Ive asked Fela on a few occasions if he would like to lie on the sofa but each time he’s clearly replied no, Fela was very vocal this morning but is quite at the moment.
