Shift Report:
After completing his night routine, said prayer and went to bed. After using the toilet in the morning, he went back into bed. Started humming around 7 again then brought his drink and fruit up. Soon after finishing, we then started the morning routine. He came down the stairs for his breakfast. He is now sat down eating his breakfast, very vocal this morning.
