At 21.55 Julie prompted fela out off the bath, fela used the toielt past urine. Julie prompted fela out bathroom. I saw fela follow Julie out of the bathroom then he went back in, I heard fela messing with top of the toilet as I went to get up to check on fela heard a crack and the top (lid to wear the float and flush valve is hiuse) was broke prompted fela out of bathroom and he followed Julie upstairs Julie completed fela evening routine with him and fela used toielt past urine then got into b3d Julie said prayer fela was in bed for 22.17pm
Fela appears to be asleep by 22.35pm
Didn’t hear fela all night until 6.45am he got out of bed went to toielt past urine.
Julie took fela refreshment up to him, then prompted fela into the shower.
Julie completed fela routine with him I stayed downstairs and listn3d out incase Julie need me for anything. Fela was vocal throughout his routine.
Fela down for breakfast by 8am Julie said prayer with fela then sat with him while he had his breakfast once he had finsihed his brekafast fela took supplements. Fela then went sat in his rocking chair and listned to music
