Fela was sat on the toilet on my arrival, I said hello and then had handover, after finishing on the toilet Fela went to sit in the lounge, I did the board with Fela and he appeared happy, we then got ready to go out and Fela was happy with this, we went to the butcher’s but Fela refused to go in, we then went to the Jubilee swimming pool, we had a look around the changing rooms and the actual pool, where the aqua fit session was taking place, Fela had a big smile on his face and was moving side to side to the music playing, we then went to sit by the tables in the reception area, Fela had his fruit and water, on the way out Fela went to the toilet, we then returned to the car, on the way to the jubilee and on our way back, myself and Fela played cards and Fela requested a head massage, once home Fela took off his coat and shoe’s and relaxed watching a movie, while I prepared the evening meal, while our food was cooking I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied aloe gel, we also played cards, at meal time Fela said prayer well and ate well, he took his dishes out to the kitchen and then relaxed before doing 20 minutes of walk at home with Kuda, after Fela listened to relaxing music on YouTube and then had his evening drink and snack, Fela continued to relax before getting into the bath, Fela is now splashing away in his bath and is relaxed and happy.
All supplements taken, Fela as had a good afternoon and evening today.
