I arrived for my shift and fela was sitting on his ottoman we had handover from adele.
At 9n15am I went up to fela and prompted him in to the bathroom fela went to the toilet past urine then turned his shower on. Fela got in to his shower at 9.25am. I supported fela with his personal care then I said would give him 10mintues. I counted down to 3 and turned shower of I then gave fela keliods a clean as I was cleaning them fela left keliod slightly pop and could see a little how and was weeping and bleeding. I prompted fela into his bed so I could clean and dress his keliod. Fela did amazing at this as it was different to his normal routine. Fel then completed his routine and was downstairs for brekafast at 10.20am.
Fela sat down stiar prayer well and ate neat and tidy fela then had his supplements. At 11.30am fela went to the toilet and had large bowel movement fela sat on his rocking chair listened to music and drank his tea once fela had finished I asked if he would like to lay down. Fela lay down on sofa and closed curtain and put fela music on low and fela appeared to be asleep at 12.30 and slept for an hour fela woke naturally 13.30pm.
At 13.55 we sat down for lunch fela said prayer very well and ate neat and tidy. After we had finsihed lunch I did the board with fela and cleaned nad creamed fela keliod.
At 15.00 fela requested head massaged. Fela lay on sofa and I gave him head massage, after we then did makaton signs for greeting and fela did these very well and clearly could remember soem of them from when he did then with zoe and emma earlier on in the week. At 15.10 fela listened to music I then asked fela if he would like to go for a walk. Fela took car walk and home card of so I updated the board and fel got his shoes on.
Fela used the toilet past urine then we got outdoor ware on and left to go for a walk.
We arrived at tunstall park at 15.30 and fela did very well and we walked for about 20min. On the walk fela was at baseline as we returned to the car fela was very vocal. Fela had his snack and on the way home we called into carla and micheal to collect soem stock we needed.
We then returned home fela used the toilet then sat on the sofa to listen to music.
Zoe arrived for her shoft we had handover and then notice fela was falling a sleep so I gave fela his stress metal balls to use to see I’d this helped fela kept falling asleep still. Zoe then prepared dinner and I did some chores and kept popping in to fela to prompt him awake.
We sat down for dinner fela said prayer nad ate well. After dinner fela had pudding
At 19.00 fela sat in the toilet he sat for 30min had large bowel movement. Once finished in the bathroom fela went sat in his rocking chair.
Myself and fela did walk at home fela did well and managed to do 10 mintues of 15mintue workout. Fela then sat down listened to music.
At 20.05 I made fela snack nad hot chocolate. Fela come sat at the table for these once fela had finsihed his snack, zoe prompted fela into the bathroom. Fela used toilet got undressed. Zoe then supported fela with his personal care
On wrting this report fela is happily splashing in the bath
