fela had his tincture and he got out the bath. he passed urine and then headed upstairs. fela did his night time routine so well, but very tired.
he had his creams and tiger balm applied and his creams . he put his pyjarmas on . he brushed his teeth and then went to the toilet . he then headed to bed and we said prayer. fela then snuggled down.
fela woke at 115 to go to the toilet . he was in there around 25 minutes . it was like he was stuck and couldnt move on to the next thing. i prompted him back into bed and he went straight to sleep .
fela woke at 810 . he asked for a drink and he and his fruit and suppliments. he asked for the lights over his bed to be turned off . once finished i then asked would you like a shower and he said no . he wanted to go back to sleep . he went to sleep and then carla arrived at 9 am we had handover . i stayed on to do the morning shift
