I arrived for my shift and fela was at mama and micheal. Myself and zoe collected fela car then headed up to mama and micheals. On our arrival fela was sitting in armchair applying aleo plant. We said help to fela. Had handover from Carla and micheal then got ready to leave.
On way ho.e we run some errands. Then we returned home fela took his shoes of and went to sit 8n his rocking chair and listened to music. While fela was relaxing I did some chores.
At 18.15pm we sat down for dinner feoa sat prayer and ate well. After dinner fela went siting in his rocking chair and I did the board with fela then put dvd on. Myself and zoe did some chores then we went and sat with feoa to watch wizard of oz.
At 20.00pm fela sat at dinning table for his snack myself and zoe sat with fela while he had these. Once fela had finished he went sat in his rocking chair.
Shortly after i prompted fela into the bath he used the toilet and past urine, he then got undressed and into the bath. I supported fela with his personal hygiene then fela relaxed in bath and was happily splashing away.
