I arrive for my shift and fela was in bed. Had handover off emma and then went up to fela and prompted him to eat his apple. Emma did handover that fela is processing slow.
Fela got in to the showr at 9.40 am and had wash then asked for 5. Fela then completed his moring routine and was down stairs ready for breakfast at 10.45.
Fela put his apron on sat down we said prayer then fela ate his breakfast and had supplements. I did fela board with him,Fela then went and sat in his rocking chair and listen to phil Collins. Fela became agaited stomping his feet , rocking backwards and forwards and begin very vocal.
We then got ready to go for walk fela used toilet had bowel movements left at 12.25 we had good walk around burselm park then went back to car. Once at car fela had water and apple we then went to butcher, we retuned home at 13.30. Fela took of his outdoor ware then went relaxed in his chair. Fela then got his apron on and said down said prayer then ate his lunch neat and tidy. After lunch fela took glass in kitchen then he went and sat in his rocking chair, fela had asked for dvd and choose to watch little women. While watching film fela got agaited stamping his feet, rocking backwards and forward fela then went to really really happy. I did board with fela and he then watched little women.
I asked fela if he wanted his face cleaning and he just told me to go.
Fela watched little women I then gave fela cotton pad with witch hazel on and he wiped at his left keloids I then gave fela a pot with some aleo gel to rub in. Once little women had finished myself and fela did some wrting fela did very well and then asked to finish so we did. I then did board with fela and he took writing off and cooking but then put cooking back on. I went and weight out all ingredients for rice pudding and went into fela he said no but he pointed to it on the board and left it on there. Asked fela if he wanted to do it later he said yes. Fela then relaxed listening to Joseph and amazing technical colour dreamcoat. I then asked fela he wanted help make rice pudding he said yes then said no and pointed at me and laughed. Fela keloids have been very itchy today so advise teresa to give fela cotton pad with witch hazel on and pot with aleo gel so fela can use these at his leisure.
We then sat down for dinner fela said prayer well and clear. Fela ate very neat and tidy. After dinner fela went and sat in rocking chair and listened to Joseph.
At 19.10 myself,amy and fela did walk at home fela did very well and did 10min of 15 min workout. After we fished walk at home fela sat in his rocking chair and watched incredible 2 as he had requested earlier in the day. I went empty bins and swept and mopped kitchen floor then went and sat with fela. I spent rest if the evening sitting with fela while he watch DVD.
Fela had his snack and hot chocolate.
At 8.45 fela start his night time routine fela used thectoielt then got in to the bath. After fela had washed his hair and used his shower gel, I gave fela a good facial scrub fela seemed to really enjoy this.
On wrting this report fela is happily splashing away in the bath
Fela keloids have been really irritating him today and he has been scratching at them a lot
Fela has asked for a lot of alone time a lot today. He has been up and down all day from begin vocal, to vocal unhappy to very happy to agaited
