When I arrived for shift Fela was sitting at the table finishing breakfast off. Fela has then stayed sitting at the table while the man was here looking at the sofa bed. Once the man had gone Fela has then sat on his rocking chair.
Carla has then done the board with Fela. Fela has been listening to music while staff have done some chores and got the bag ready to go for his walk in the neighbourhood.
Carla has given Fela his snack and it has taken a good 35 minutes for Fela to eat. Once finished we have all got ready to go for a walk.
Fela has chosen were to go and has also stopped at the road looking left and right with staff support, staff have also tried to encourage Fela not to pick up rubbish but sticks instead this has worked sometimes.
once back at home Carla has started lunch while I have supported Fela with getting changed in to some dry, fresh clothes.
Fela has then come through and sat at the table for lunch and his supplement. Fela has said pray well before eating his lunch. Once Fela had finished lunch he has brought out his glass and then made drinks.
once finished Fela has sat in his rocking chair and listened to music. Alicia has done the board with Fela.
I have asked Fela if he would have a facial trim so we could show Alicia how it’s done Fela has agreed to this , half way through I have asked Fela if Alicia could have a try and Fela said yes.
Fela has had a facial trim and seemed to enjoy it, Fela has also scratched at his Keliods and then Alicia has cleaned them up and put on a dressing.
Fela has also done Makaton signs for pets and also the 1 step closer song using Makaton signs.
Fela has then requested for a dvd Paddington bear on let staff watch it for a while but then wanted time on his own while eating snack and having a drink.
Fela has requested that I sit with him for him a sort period.

Fela has not put his fingers in the toilet again for shift .
