Shift Report:
Fela completed his night routine quickly, ready to get into bed. Fela used the toilet before and after his bath. I did not hear Fela until about 5am, when i prompted him to the toilet and went back to bed. At bout 7am, i heard Fela again and i took his drink and fruit. Fela was incontinent this morning so i had to strip the bed. Completed his morning routine well and ready for the day.
