I arrive for my shift and fela was in the shower , I had handover from chold. I then went up to fela and be completed his morning routine well, fela was vocal on and off throughout. Fela was downstairs for 9.40 for breakfast fela said prsyer then had his breakfast while eatingvhis breakfast fela becsme very agaited please see arsoual. Once fela had calmed he took his supplement.
At 10.30 I did frla boardcwith him then he relexed listening to music.
We decided to let fela have relaxing morning this morning due to him begib on a red a alert and as he had been agaited at breakast time and fela down to go to flipout.
At 11.25 I cleaned fela keliods then asked if he wanted to have lay down but fela said no them carried on listening to music, while fela was relaxing staff did some chores. We then wentvand at with fela before going to sort out lunch.
At 13.00 we sat down for lunch fela said prayer then ate neat and tidy.
At 13.30 adele camecon shiftvwe had handover fela went sat on the toilet at 13.40 and had bowel movement. Fela then went listened to musiccand asked for alone time
At 14:39 i cleaned and creamed Fela Keliods and the be has asked for a head message and lay down on the sofa for one adele gave Fela had head message aand while felacwas having this he fell asleep Fela has fell asleep at 14:45 we closed curtains unplugged phone and left relaxing music on .Fela slept for abouts 15 mins but stayed laying down on the sofa. i then did the board with Fela .
Fela has listened to relaxing musics we have done some chores and got items ready for flip out.
Then at 15.30 fela had his snack while sitting on the sofa. Shortly after snack we prompted fela to use the toilet tthen he put on his shoes and at 16:00 we have left and had a nice drive to flip out .

16:50 went into flipout then Fela has used the toilet.
Fela has tthen Put his socks on, while felacwas on trampoline fela pointed to staff feet the the trampoline so I put socks in and got on trampoline opposite and bounced with fela, fela the pointed to same on as him and bouncecd with fela and tumble unharmed fela was laughing but stop bouncing while I got back and He bounced for 25 mins , Fela has worked up a really good sweat. Fela has requested his shoes on and a drink then go for a drive. fela put shoes in then sat had his drink. We then wentvgot fela changed into fresh clothes
Once at car fela kept saying car carcand drive so we drove and then pulled into a spot we’re fela has his dinner and pudding , drink of water .
Once finished Fela than asked for home so we drove home Fela was laughing at me aand adele singing.
Fela was nodding of in the car when we were closer to home .
Once home Fela has taken his shoes off and gone and sat on his rocking chair i asked fela ifvhexwanted dvd or music fela said music and requested on Jazz music.
Staff have put the shopping away and also tidy around.
20:00 Fela has had snack and a drink still listening to Jazz music .
20:30 mama has phoned to speak to Fela. Staff have sorted out the bath ready for Fela when he was ready to get into the bath.
Fela has got into the bath at 21:00 after trying on some new trousers which are to small.
Ie then supported Fela with personal care and gave him a nice facial scrub
