Shift Report:
Fela completed his night time routine, used the toilet before and after bath. Went upstairs to do the rest of night routine which he completed well. Appeared to have slept through out as I did not hear him until prompt toilet in the morning. Fela was quiet after using toilet and took his drink up at 730, to start his morning routine. He is now finishing off his breakfast and supplements at the table.
