Fela was listening to music happily when I came on shift, I said hello and then had handover.
Fela was in a lovely mood and chilled in his rocker while staff prepared dinner, Fela then watched Kayne West Sunday Service, which he seemed to really enjoy. We had lunch and Fela ate well.
After Lunch Fela sat in his rocker again and after his food had time to digest we got ready and headed out to knypersly. When we arrived it was extremely busy and the car park was packed so we decided to go some quieter. We headed to chatterley whitfield and had a lovely quiet walk there. Fela seemed to really enjoy this and was full of smiles and was even letting out the odd giggle. Fela had his (empty) snack box in his hand for the entire walk and I noticed that he did not try to pick anything up off the ground, he was not ‘kissing’ or touching anything, he just seemed to enjoy his walk and stayed on the path (out of the mud) I’m not sure if this is just coincidental or if Fela having busy hands helped him stay focused on the walk.
We returned home and prepared dinner, again fela ate and drank well. After dinner Fela requested a dvd and watched the incredibles while staff done chores. Fela then had his snack before speaking to Carla on the phone. Once finished Fela started his night routine and is now happily splashing away in the bath.
A very busy but good day today !!
