Shift Report:

Fela was very happy when i arrived on shift, listening to his music. I did the board with Fela. Staff did chores while Fela watched the Sunday service. When the roast was done, Fela did not waste anytime getting up to get his apron to come to table with smiles on his face. He said a prayer before having food. After eating we let Fela relax to digest food before we head out for a drive and walk. Staff did the board with Fela appeared to be okay with it at the time. Walked around Chatterley park and Fela did well. He seemed not pick anything up as he was distracted from holding lunch tin which had his snack. We returned home and Fela was still full of smiles through the evening. Had his supplements, evening meal, drink and snack as instructed on menu. Received a phone call from mama before having his evening bath. He is now sat in the bath still happy and smiling.
