On arriving for my shift fela is a Carla and micheals, meet chole at felas we then left to go up to Carla and micheals.
On arriving at Carla and Michelas fela was just sitting down to have his breakfast, fela said prayer then ate neat and tidy. After breakfast fela had supplements and drinks, we had handover from micheal and adviced fela had long periods of being awake in the night. We decide to go for walk straight away as fela could become tired in the afternoon. Chole did the board with fela, we then got ready to leave . Went to bath pool and had nice walk around the lake. We then headed for home after walk. On retuning home fela used the toilet then went and sat on the sofa, then had his snack. Fela relaxed listening to music while fela was relaxing staff did some chores, I asked fela if wanted help hang the washing out he clearly said no, chole then asked Fela to help with washing Fela clearly said no, we didn’t want to push Fela too much as it had been an amber alert. After Fela had finished his lunch he help to do the dishes he dried as I washed. After lunch we got ready to go to butchers to collect the meat. On arriving at the butchers Fela and myself stayed in the car while chole went in to the butchers. We then returned home, I asked Fela if he wanted to have lay down on the sofa and Fela did, I closed the blinds and curtains and put relaxing music on for Fela, Fela went quite but can not say for sure if Fela went to sleep, while Fela was resting on the sofa I did some ironing in the staff room. We didn’t do any arts and crafts as Fela had a lay down with having a disturb night. We then herd Fela around 4pm so chole asked Fela if he wanted his snack Fela had his snack, I updated Fela board with him, we asked Fela if he wanted to help with garden Fela clearly said no to both of us, while Fela had snack I went and did the garden and kept popping my head in to check Fela was okay. After Fela had his snack we offered him a DVD or music Fela asked for DVD and chose to watch lion king 2. While the film was on myself and Fela did some foot physio, I got the tennis ball and Fela rolled it around underneath his foot, I did with Fela to show him how to do it, Fela did very well and did this for about 10 minutes before asking to finish afterwards I cleaned and creamed Fela keloid. shortly after film had finished Fela sat down had his evening meal, said pray and ate neat and tidy. After dinner Fela went and sat back on the sofa and listened to Michael Bolton, while he let his dinner settle, I sat with Fela. We then did walk at home Fela did this very well, After walk at home Fela sat in his rocking chair and listened to relaxing ocean music with fish back ground,. I did Fela social story with him for sleeping at mamas and Michael’s. I update Fela board with him, Fela had cup of tea and snack. We then got ready to go Carla and Michael’s, Fela used the toilet before going then got his coat on, we left to go at 8.40 and arrived a green pastures at 8.45. On my departure Fela was sitting on the chair at the top off the stairs.
I left Fela flask and some fruit in his rucksack just in case wanted got straight for walk tomorrow morning
