On my arrival for my shift fela was in the shower. I had hand over from chloe. Then went up to fela said morning he asked for 5. I went back up to fela and he completed his morning routine well and was down stairs for breakfast for 9.55am
Del got his apron then went and sat at the table and said prayer then ate neat and tidy. After breakfast fela went and sat in his rocking chair and relaxed listening to music I did fela board with him. At 11.45 I offered to clean fela keloids but fela said no.
I prepared lunch then we sat down fela sat prayer and ate his lunch neat and tidy. Fela then used the toilet and had a bowel movement and there was blood. After fela had finished on the toilet he went nad had lay down on the sofa at 14.00pm ,fela was vocal on and off but went quite around 14.40. At 15.05 could hear fela clapping so went in to see if he wanted to sit up and out dvd on.
At 15.30 I did the cornavirus social story with fela and then cleaned and creamed fela keloids, afterwards fela had his snack. After letting fela back settled we did a 20 mintue walk at home fela did very well, we then continued watching the dvd. At 16.50 I did a social story with fela for sleeping at home.
We then sat down dinner fela ate well and neat and tidy. After dinner fela relaxed listening to Joseph and the amazing technical colour dreamcoat. I cleaned fela keloids.
At 19.40 I did some reading with fela we ready treasury of five minutes story and we read five of the bear story , we then did walk at home fela did really well.
Fela had snack, fela then had phone call off mama. Fela then go ready to start his night time routine fela used toilet before getting in to bath on writing this report fela is happily splashing in the bath.
