15/07/2020 – Day shift – zoe holmes

Shift Report:

Fela was in the shower on my arrival, I had handover and then supported Fela with his morning routine.

Fela did his morning routine well but was slow at moments.

Fela had his breakfast at 9.55am and ate well, Fela was very slow taking his supplements he didn’t finish until 10.40am.

Fela then sat on his rocking chair but instantly asked me if he could lie on the sofa, I prepared the lounge ready for sleep and then Fela requested a head massage, after I left Fela to rest.

Fela didn’t go to sleep, he was very excited and laughing, Fela went to the toilet independently at 11.24 and returned to the sofa, at 11.50 Fela again went to the toilet independently, I encouraged Fela to sit down, due to the two visits to the toilet within thirty minutes, Fela had a bowel movement, there was blood in the toilet pan.

Fela then sat down for lunch, Fela did become agigtated at lunchtime, please see arousal state.

After Fela relaxed and we looked at his drum pictures, Fela was very happy to know he was going to drumming.

We got ready to go to drumming and before we went Fela passed urine, once at drumming Fela insisted on going to the toilet, we all used Fela’s hand sanitiser.

Fela did absolutely amazing at drumming, we were all very impressed, it’s the most I’ve seen Fela enthusiastic for a long time, he was so happy, it was lovely to see.

After drumming Fela had his snack and we returned home.

Fela chose to watch a dvd and is now relaxing.
