When I arrived on shift Fela was on the toilet. Fela continually asked for five, he remained there until 14.40pm and had a large bowel movement with no blood. We asked Fela if he would help us make the bark but he refused and requested an ice lolly – this was given. Fela then continued with his movie and shortly after he had his snack. Alicia cleaned fela keloids. At 16.30 fela went to the toilet again and remained for just over half an hour, Fela was trying to relay something to us but we could not understand what is was, it sounded like ‘back to’ but it wasn’t that, Fela became vocal and when he came out of the bathroom he seemed a little agitated but when he saw dinner cooking he returned to being happy.
Fela listened to music, we then had dinner and after felas dinner had settled he had a foot spa and back massage which he seemed to thoroughly enjoy. Fela then had his snack. I cleaned felas keloids and then he spoke to Carla on the phone. Fela then moved to the bathroom and is now in the bath splashing away happily.
