I arrived for my shift and fela was just going in to Bathroom to clean his teeth I propmted fela to turn his toothbrush on while adele went and started fela porridge. Fela finished cleaning his teeth and was downstairs for his breakfast vfor 9.10am.
Had handover from adele.
At 9.39 fela went sat im rocking chair and listened to music, while fela was relaxing staff did some chores. I did fela board with him for the moring ahead.
Fela had his snack them propmted fela to get his socks n shoes on.
At 11.20 fela used toilet then we left to go for walk we left at 11.30 and arrived at 11.50 and went for walk. Fela had really good walk and worked up sweat, we let fela lead the way. Atv12.33 we found bench and fela sat down to eat his lunch. Fela ate lunch neat and tidy. After lunch we headed to car we returned to car at 13.00p m. We then headed to butchers after been butcher we headed for home.
We returned home at 13.35 fela went took his shoes off and sat in his rocking chair. Had handover with zoe
