15/09/2020 – Sleep shift – zoe holmes

Shift Report:

Fela passed urine before and after his bath.

Once upstairs Fela completed his night routine excellent, Fela brushed his teeth and then passed urine.

We said prayer and goodnight, music cd left on.

At around 11pm I heard Fela he became very agitated, I went up to Fela and reassured him and prompted him to take off his pj top, I put the fan on and Fela asked for juice, I gave Fela a small drink water, Fela then went very happy, I encouraged Fela to lie down.

Fela fell asleep around midnight and then he slept all through.

I prompted Fela to the toilet at 6.30am, he passed urine and returned to bed

At around 7.10am I took Fela his refreshments and sat with him.

Fela completed his morning routine excellent.

Once downstairs Fela prepared his breakfast, porridge and did a good job, Fela as now ate his breakfast and is taking his supplements.

Yes to 5 – Very Agitated Fela became very agitated while in bed, this was at around 11pm and lasted 20min, Fela was rocking very vigorously, gutteral noises, sweating, clapping hand's, hitting his head.
