Fela completed his night routine well and used the toilet before and after bath. Said a prayer before bed and then didnt hear until 630 for the toilet. Did not go back to bed then and was vocal on and off. Started his morning routine at 730 and completed it well. Had his breakfast and now finishing off his supplements.
