Shift Report:
DW and AM gave a handover when I arrived an went to say hello to Fela in the lounge. Went on to prepare dinner as AM updated the TEACCH board and did foot physio with Fela that lasted for 15 minutes. Dinner was ready as Fela was prompted to use the bathroom and returned to sit, pray and have dinner, after that I washed the dishes as dried them. Petty cash check and signed, prepared Fela’s bath and assisted him with it.
