Fela was sitting at the dining table on my arrival, I said hello and then went into the kitchen to Alicia.
I had brought my breakfast with me, so I sat at the table with Fela to eat breakfast, after Claire did the board with Fela and he appeared happy, staff then did chores.
We then got ready to go out, we went to Aldi, Fela chose to stay in the car with Claire, so I went into Aldi, after I asked Fela if he was up to going the butcher’s and he said yes, we then travelled to the butcher’s, Fela stayed in the car with myself and Claire went into the butcher’s, I then went into the Co op to get gas and electricity, we then returned home, Fela was happy and relaxed throughout our journey and had his snack while out.
Once inside Fela went straight to the toilet and sat, I then put the shopping away and cleaned food cupboard out and fridge, Fela had a bowel movement and then went to sit down, I then cleaned Fela’s keloids.
We had our lunch and Fela ate well, after I did the board with Fela and then had handover with Emma.
Fela then used the toilet and went to sit down and drink his cup of tea, he chose to watch a movie, Emma then gave Fela a head massage, he then requested to lie on his sofa, so Emma made the room sleep ready.
Fela lay on his sofa for approximately 1hr and ten minutes, with one toilet break in between, Fela is now sitting on his sofa, looking very tired, watching a movie.
