When Zoe and I arrived at Carla and Michael’s house at 0920, fela was taking his supplements and drinking his drinks. Fela cleaned his hands, arms and face when he was finished and got his shoes, coat and bag. We left at 1020.
At 1025 we arrived at fela’s house and he went to the living room and chose some music. Fela then had his snack at 1045.
Fela listened to music until 1130 when we got ready and went out in the car to Tunstall Park for a walk. Fela seemed to enjoy this. He full of smiles. Fela then ate his snack and drank his drink in the car.
We got back to the house at 1250 and had lunch at 1300. Fela said his prayer with staff and appeared to be very happy, laughing and smiling. At 1320, fela cleaned the table with a single prompt.
Fela then sat back in his chair and we went through lots of different music options, before fela said yes to Simply Red.
Zoe left the shift at 1450 and Claire arrived to take over. Staff did some chores while fela took his requested 5.
At 1530, fela had his snack and drink while listening to music.
At 1610 fela had a facial trim and his keloids cleaned. Then played cards with Claire.
Fela then got ready to go to mama and Michael’s house. We dropped fela off at 1700.
Fela has used the toilet independently throughout the shift. All dossetted supplements taken.
