I arrived at felas at 20:30pm I got everything ready and did some chores. Fela returned at around 21:10pm. He took his shoes off and then went into the bathroom. I supported him woth hos hair and then he had a soak in the bath. Fela got out the bath at 22:00pm he had his sleep tincture and then went upstairs. Routine done brilliant. He used the toilet and then got into bed. I left his music on and fela was in bed hub22:25. Fela was asleep by 23:10. Fela then was awake at 12:15am. Fela used the toilet at 1:45 and got back into bed. Fela went back to sleep at 3:15am. Fela woke up at 7:20 for around 10 minutes and went straight back to sleep. Fela is still asleep as I wrote my report
