Fela was relaxing on my arrival, I said hello and then had handover from Claire.
At 9.30am I did the board with Fela while he drank a cup of tea that Emma made for us all. Fela then sat listening to music.
At 10.10am I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied cream, Fela had his morning snack at 10.30am, Fela took some time to eat his snack and was still eating it at 11am.
We then got ready to go out at approximately 11.40am,we went to Tunstall Park and Fela walked around very well and was relaxed and content, after we drove to do some errands and then went to the butcher’s, Fela remained in the car with me while Emma went inside.
We arrived back home and I did the board with Fela, he then relaxed while lunch was prepared.
At 13.10 we had lunch and Fela ate well, after Fela listened to Phil Collins on YouTube.
At 1.44pm I cleaned Fela’s keloids due to them bleeding and I applied a dressing, Fela was happy with this. After Fela relaxed.
At 14.10 we watched the makaton sign for family on YouTube, Fela was full of smiles and very happy, after we printed out some pictures of cartoon families and myself and Fela coloured them in together, Fela was smiling throughout and happy, I talked to Fela about Families while we were doing this.
After Fela cleaned his rocking chair and small table and did a brilliant job, he was very pleased with the praise that myself and Emma gave him, we then did the social story for Teresa coming to visit.
Fela had his afternoon snack and then at 4pm Teresa came for her meet and greet, Fela was smiling and very relaxed, he then chose to watch little women and we were telling Teresa all about Fela and he was smiling away, at just after 5pm Teresa said goodbye to Fela.
At 5.30pm Fela had his supplements and then had his evening meal at 6pm, after Fela watched the end of his film, at 18.55 I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied cream.
At 19.20 we all did walk at home, Fela did a good job and completed the full one mile before asking to go to the toilet
At 8pm Fela had his evening snack and then we got ready to go to Mama and Michael’s house, once there Fela was full of smiles and happy.
