I arrived for my shift and fela was still at mama and micheals on my arrival. I had previously heard of micheal to say fela was still in bed so wait for him to ring when fela was having breakfast. So we did some chores and showed Daniel the guide folder. Micheal then rang and myself,nadia and Daniel went up to collect fela. On our arrival fela was just taking his supplements. Had handover from Carla and micheal. We theb got ready to leave fela got his shoes on and we left mama and micheal. On way home we went to butchers, once been butchers we headed home unload the car and fela remained in car. We then went to aldi to get the click and collect fela did very well at waiting. We then returned home. On retuning home fela got very vocal and then slightly agaited rocking side to side into walk fela then went sat in his rocking chair and once he had calmed we did the board with fel and he choose to listen to relaxing jazz. At 11am fela sat table for his snack. After fela had finished he went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music .
Fela wanted a lot of alone time this morning. Fela then sat down for lunch sat prayer well and ate neat tidy. Once fela had lunch he went sst in his rocking chair abd listened to music
Fela then got his shoes on and used toielt past urine we theb left to go to drumming. While at drumming fela did very well abs seemed to really seem to enjoy drumming. After drumming we headed for home. We returned home fela took his shoes and hat off then sst in his rocking chair and listened to jazz .
Nadia did the board with fela , shortly after myself abd fela did open handle and foot physio. Fela then relaxed while I finished of dinner and nadia did soem chores.
At 18.05 we sat down for dinner fela sat prayer and ate neat and tidy. After fela had finished hexwent sat in his rocking chair and listened to music. Nadia updated the board with fela, We left fela dinner settle theb we did walk at home. Fela need a lot of encouragement abd praise but completed 10 mintues of walk at home then Bounced on his gym ball for about 20 mintues so he completed 30 mintues of exercise. Fela then went to the toielt and had large normal bowel movement. Once fepa had finished in the bathroom he sat at the table for his snack. After fela snack he sst in his rocking chair and myself and nadia sat with fela. Fela then went into the bathroom used the toielt past urine then got into. I supported fela with his personal hygiene and nadia observed fela routine .
On wrting this fela is happily relaxing in the bath.
